ForgeToThrive is a self-tracking and educational app. It provides general information about nutrition, training, and habits, and it applies simple, published rules to the numbers you enter in order to suggest adjustments. Those suggestions are general guidance produced by software — not personalized medical, dietary, or clinical advice from a licensed professional.
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for deciding whether any suggestion is appropriate for you. Weight loss, exercise, and dietary change carry risks that vary from person to person. Use common sense, listen to your body, and involve a qualified professional where it matters.
Your logged data is stored on your device. Keeping backups is your responsibility — the app provides an export feature for that purpose. We are not liable for data lost through device failure, uninstallation, or user error. See the Privacy Policy for details.
ForgeToThrive may offer paid features. If it does, pricing and billing terms will be shown before purchase, and payment is handled by the app store you downloaded from — their refund and cancellation policies apply. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your app store account settings.
Don't reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its handbook content, and don't use it in a way that breaks the law. The handbook, recipes, written content, name, and branding are our intellectual property, provided for your personal use.
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update or discontinue the app. We aim to give notice of significant changes but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
ForgeToThrive is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the app will be error-free or that any particular result will follow from using it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ForgeToThrive. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
